Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All orders are made to order.
Therefore (subject to raw material availability), we aim to process orders within 1-5 business days after payment is received. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or Public Holidays.
Delivery Timeframes
We use reliable South African Couriers (The Courier Guy, PUDO, Aramex).
Estimated delivery times:
Major Cities: 1 - 3 working days
Outlying Areas: 3 - 5 working days
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a conformation email or SMS/WhatsApp advising you of your tracking nuber and courier details.

All orders have the option to be collected or delivered.
Deliveries:
As much as we would love to, unfortunately we are not able to offer free delivery at this time. Any orders requiring delivery will be sent via Pudo (Locker to Door option) which is managed by The Courier Guy. Should you select that you wish to have your order delivered, we will add shipping to your order at the appropriate rate and send you an updated invoice for payment. Please note that any orders over 10kg, additional costs may be incurred.
Collections:
You will be notified when your order is ready and will then be able to make an appointment to collect your order from our premises. Please note, we are not a storefront - we are an online business only and as such appointments are necessary.
