Refund & Return Policy

General

We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn't quite right, we want to help!

Returns

Tayla-Kate has a 7-day Return/Refund policy. This simply means that you have 7 days from the date of delivery to be able to qualify for a return or refund. With this in mind, we encourage our customers to inspect the contents of their order as soon as it is delivered to ensure that you have adequate time to contact us in the unlikely event that there is a problem with your order.

 

To be eligible:

- you must contact us within 7 days of delivery

- your item/s must be in the same condition that it was received 

(ie: unused and with its original packaging intact and in resellable condition)

Due to the fact that all our items are made to order, we will gladly offer to replacement any damaged or defective item. Please contact us within the 7 day time frame with a photo of the problematic item as well as your order number.

 

For items that have been personalised or customised in any way, unfortunately these items are not able to be refunded as they are not able to be resold.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 working days.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
